FEED MY COUNTRIFIED SOUL

Lately i’ve been listening to aother genre than country and it struck me how we can connect those genre(rnb, punk, hiphop, jazz) into country music…

i mean look at ryan adams,he breaks boundaries when he incorporated punk into his country.

Look at Bright Eyes’ emo folk incorporated country…

Look at Jars of Clay’s alternative rock incorporated country…

Look at Cowboy Troy and Chance’s hiphop incorporated country…

Bon Jovi’s rock incorporated country…

Leann Rimes’ pop incorporated country…

and of course there’s the MUZIK MAFIA’s RnB incorporated country…

i mean the lists could go on…

what im trying to say is why stereotype?

Heck, its just music and as long as its not crap (like rachelle ann go or william hung),then i think our ears can handle it..

…But then again in this corrupt society crappy stuffs are getting more airplay than the real one…

u dont have to believe me,all u have to do is listen to the radio and hear songs about CIRCLES (lingin).:-)

P.S.

im not bias in country music by the way. u might think i am but im not. truth is there are lots of country crap out there…
